I am running XP Home with SP2, and Office XP with SP3 installed. When I am in Internet Explorer and click Tools | Internet Options and select the Program tab, the only two options that are available to me as HTML editors are Notepad and Excel.

I've noticed lately that when I forward an email with a picture, the picture doesn't go through. This never used to happen. And I don't know if the pic went through until someone emails back that there was no pic. Anyone else ever had this problem and how do I solve it?
