A couple of days ago the OE6 Toolbar started behaving oddly.
If a local folder or newsgroup folder is selected, the toolbar is fine, but
if a hotmail account is selected, it disappears leaving 4 separators. I can
still access the commands via the menu bar or the right-click menu, ...

How do I change the From: on my outlook?  I was with a ISP that I'm no
longer a customer of & it's still the default when my PC accesses Outlook
express.

I have two problems with OE6 on Windows XP SP2.
For some reason, it now takes about 30 seconds to display the first message.
The messages download fine, but when it gets ready to display it the system
