Outlook Express will not open because of MSOE.DLL29 Feb 2008 16:23 GMT16
When I open Outlook Express I get an error message saying:
Unable to open because it could not open Outlook Express message store.
And, another message saying that OE failed to start because MSOE.DLL could
not be initialized.

and click on 'spelling' like I used to do previously ...

Checked emails first thing this morning. Fine. Closed down.
Rebooted about 45 mins later and all my messages in the inbox have gone. I
checked the inbox.dbx and discovered that it was empty, but another

I've suddenly just started receiving 2 copies of every email into my Outlook
Express 6 inbox.  It's very confusing and is cluttering up my inbox.  If I

All of a sudden all the messages in my Inbox have disappeared except for
brand new ones just arriving.  There were several hundred messages in the
Inbox.
I looked in my stored message file and the dbx file for Inbox is quite large
