IE menu bar, address bar, tool bar, etc. act like the taskbar when it is configured to
Auto Hide.  I have to move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen before those
items appear.  Where is this configured?

Whenever I receive an HTML email in my Inbox it has the Paper-clip symbol in
the Inbox listing even if the HTML email has no attachment.
What could be causing this?
I am using WinXP SP2, Home Edition and Outlook Express 6.
