Hi, using Windows XP(Home)SP2, IE7, OE6, Everything up to date. Below is an
excerpt from a message in this Windowsxp.general Newsgroup. You will notice

This is the truth - Trying to import a .csv address file from Outlook
Express on an older computer (Windows 98 SE) to a newer computer (XP SP2),
via File\Import\Other Address Book\Text File (Comma Separated Values), then
click on "Import" and no "Choose a File to Import" dialog ...
