I use Outlook Express for accessing newsgroups (like this one).
I find Outlook Express opens connections to the news server all on it's own
so that when I actually try to read or send a message I get errors that I
already have the maximum allowed number of connections to the server ...

My wife turned on her computer today and launched OE.  It opened but all her
added folders were  gone, her regular folders were empty, the only thing left
was her Address Book.  It looked like a fresh install of OE (except the
Address Book was there).  Oh, there was one message ...

When I lost my profile and created a new one I lost my signature file.  I do
have backups.  Is there a way to restore a signature file?  Where should I
look for it?

In the past couple of days OE7 has stopped displaying the account information
that goes in the "Account" column. I do not seem to have any other issues.

delete these.  I get a message that said Can't Delete Message.  What now?

I use Outlook, but not for mail. On my desktop I have some quickie shortcuts for emailing
favorite people, using Mailto:. Every few days the default email is changed to Outlook,
which is a pain. How can I permanently convince Outlook to stop taking over?

Suddenly when I click on OE 6 Icon on the desktop or Start>Programs, OE will
not start always?

I recently downloaded Microsoft Enterprise 2007 and since then, when I click
on an email link on anyones' page, I get a box that pops up and ask me to
choose a profile and the only profile available is Outlook. I want Outlook
