I have Outlook Express, version 6, installed on a new

When I double click on IE to open, the screen opens
really fast and then closes without any errors. I have
tried going in through control panel and changing my home
page and it still won't open for me.

I accidently ran into some lousy browser-crasher called
raus.de/crashme, it opened like a zillion IE windows so I
tried to close them all, but i ended up having to reboot.
