When I double click on IE to open, the screen opens
really fast and then closes without any errors. I have
tried going in through control panel and changing my home
page and it still won't open for me.

Please help.  I am able to surf the web fine but after a
minute or so I can't continue.  I then reboot and then

I just got a cable modem and router to connect two pc's
