I keep getting runtime errors while browsing. I checked disable script debugging, but I still get them. All this after installing Office 2003. Can someone help me get rid of this annoyance please. Thanks

my tranfer rate drops from 20 kb/s to sometime low as 1.0
kb/s when downloading files. I am using dialup.
