All,
    My home page (MSN.COM) suddenly is loading very slowly.  It seems to
take "forever" to get through all the "opening item" entries you see at the
bottom of the page.  Everything else seems fine, and I can load any of my

Running IE 6 SP1.  Am connected to internet via cable
modem.  Also have a dial-up connection defined for when
I'm traveling.  2-3 times a day when I'm connected via
cable modem I encounter a webpage where IE starts to load

after using IE6 for quite a while, one day i goto
log into a secure site and i get message of brouser
not secure enough. when i check under Help-About where
it says Version: and Cypher Strength: the fields are blank !

how do i get ie6 to be my home page, all i see and end up with is  netscape?  i went to program files and then internet explorer folder then clicked on ie6 app. but it still comes out to be  netscape??

For about 2 weeks now, the drop down menu on the address
bar has no response to previously visited Web sites. I'm
using IE 6.0 . Any help would be appreciated.

starting yesterday I can't start up IE v.6.028001106.  I
get a error message that IE needs to close.  The mod name
is SYShv32.dll which is different than other postings on
this issue.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I receive the message "Explorer has caused an error in
user.exe" when I try to type any characters, letters in
web sites, and IE just exits. Very frustrating. Any help

Certainly there is a way, weither by uninstalling and
reinstalling IE or a registry setting to remove these X10
pop-ups? Does Microsoft have a Microsoft Solution ?

While navigating from one web site to another, I get this
annoying Work Offline pop up window that says I have no
connection to the internet.  If I hit "try again" my page
launches, it I hit "Work Offline", I loose my internet

Hello, my IE 6 just started two days ago hanging on every
page for about 20-30 sec.  I read your previous answer to
disable 3rd party extensions and this fixed the problem.

Yesterday, I noticed that IE 6 starts to load a page.
Freezes for abot 15-20 seconds.  Then it loads correctly.
when I switch to a new page the same thing happens again.

My Search Engine has been replace with ShopNav.  A reset
of IE removes it for one search.  When a Website can not
be found it goes to dr.shopnav..... and displays other
sites.  I wish to remove this feature. HOW????????????

a setting appears to have been changed on my puter. any
internet search done on any engine results in the same
unidentified page being returned. a redirect maybe.
