How do I prevent unwanted changes to my home page in IE6.0? A website keeps changing my home page and I want to permanently prevent them from doing it. How do I do that?

I recently changed internet providers from Roadrunner to Bellsouth.net but my Microsoft Internet Explorer provider still says provided by Roadrunner. How can I get rid of that and make it show that Bellsouth is the provider.

I have 2 accounts here in my laptop. On the administrator account, I can access/browse any website. But on my other account, I cannot access/browse any website. It keeps on saying "internet explorer could open the search page".
