I realize this problem is outlined in the Knowledge Base,
but I have a further problem regarding Internet Explorer
not saving graphics in the proper format--
I have followed all suggested methods to relieve the

Suddenly, whenever I use Internet Explorer it uses 'Unicode UTF-8' making
any text I enter (in Google for example) appear in italics - no matter how
many times I alter it to 'Western European (Windows)' it just reverts to

My picture doesn't display sometimes.  I just get a box
with a red x in the upper left corner.  I can right click
and go to Show Picture..but I get nothing.  Any ideas?

I have broadband and I can browse the internet just fine.  
The only thing is, I can't open ANY page in it's own
window.  If the link I click on reuses the window, it
works fine.  I really haven't heard of anything like this

There is a homepage that keeps loading up every time I
open a new browser.  I have changed the page to the one I
would like it to be, but it continues to change itself to
a different one. How do I fix this?

at new web sights to remember user name and password.
I believe that I inadvertently removed the check from the
