so for what ever reason (I have XP) I cannot go into
tools and Internet options to make changes. it says the
sys admin (me at home) has disallowed this function to be
accessed. not sure how this happened. can anyone offer

Everytime I open my browser, I arrange my toolbars the way
I like them and lock them into place.  However, everytime

line when I type the first three letters.  I have deleted
everything in history, cookies, and temporary files but

At the risk of sounding repetative autocomplete has stopped working on my PC and it is driving me crazy.  I had a new hard drive installed a month ago and since I have got my PC back nothing I do gets it to work
