Have exhausted all other ideas without success - so have re-installed
W95 then W98 and found a CD with ie5.5 128 encryption on it and it has
solved the "Send Error Report" problem mentioned earlier.
All I need to know now - is it as safe as ie6 - should I risk trying

Recently my adsl internet connection appears to have
slowed down hugely.  Pictures take ages to download but
downloading a file is as quick as ever.  Has anyone got
any ideas what could be going on.  I am using XP home

I think my IE Browser Search pane has been hijacked.  I
have Windows Millennium and IE 6.0.  Whenever I click the
search button on IE it shows 9 porn links and the search
slot only returns porn sites no matter what I type.  It

When I click on a link (from a web site) to go to a certain graphic, in this case a
stock market chart, for a split second the graphic will be displayed from left border to
right border, filing the page...but then it is quickly resized to take up only about

The cache directory (and History and Cookies) keeps getting set to

We are not able to type on this computer! Once in awhile
it lets us....address bar seems to work okay, but nothing
