My internet explorer is unable to open pop ups for some odd
reason. Even right now, I'm writing in this pop up by using
netscape :( Can someone please help me? I'm running XP Pro
and IE 6. I tried to reinstall IE but it gives me an error

Every time I type a URL(www.whatever.com) into the
address bar, it takes me to C:\searchpage.html, which
isn't anywhere on my computer, so I get the DNS error

When I open windows xp task manager, I can see IEXPLORER

I found 400000 files in cache while running my av
software. I had cleared cache in ie 6 but hidden versions
of the files still remained, using 7GB of my hard drive

First of all, I've never even touched the Proxy Settings, and now every time
I go to IE Properties-->Connections-->Settings, the two boxes under 'Proxy
server' are checked. And when I click on 'Advanced,' next to HTTP it says:
