I have done virus checks and uninstalled and reinstalled
explorer 6 several times. I have also updated from this
Microsoft site. It runs so slowly, I've had to download
Netscape (GASP!) to view the web at all.

When I attempt to access the website for a credit card, I
receive a pop-up stating that the site security
certificate is not yet valid or has expired.  The
certificate shows as having expired in December, 2003.
