I have a problem with certain websites adding themselves
to my favorites list. When I delete them, they are back,
the next time I log on.  
   Also, I cannot keep my home page to stay where I set

For a few weeks now internet explorer 6 has been shutting
down on most sites. The error signature is

In Internet explore my buttons, home/refresh etc, are
locked, and normally there is an unlock tool bar button
when you right click on the bar, for some reason thats
not there any more and it put back all my default buttons
