Some type of malicious code causes files named msdc.log, containing what look like numerous e-mail addresses, to be written to numerous folders on HD.  Files actually update while you watch and continue to grow.  Upon deletion the files replicate themselves elsewhere on HD.  ...

I need to remove a browser plugin for IE 6 sp1.  It
launches a search toolbar at the bottom of the secreen.  
It's called searchexe.   I looked for it in add/remove
programs but couldn't find it.

I just noticed that now when i start AOL Instant
Messenger that pop-ups saying "spyware has been detected"

I've noticed that when attempting to delete the history
of pages visited via Internet Options, the list will
clear on some occasions, but not others. Is there

I have my preferences set to remember my history for 7

My Home page has been taken hostage by www.martfinder.com and hate popup (skull and crossbones). I've used various registry cleaners, Norton, firewall to eliminate this problem. Does anyone know what to do to eliminate this PEST

Very often ie 6.0 will lock up and I have to close out

    One of the nice things about the Google toolbar is the AutoFill
feature.  If you have certain information stored, you rarely have to type in
your name, home address, zip or email address again.  Will Internet Explorer
6 SP2 have a similar feature?
