I am having 2 issues with the 'Clear History' function.
1. Sporadically, it does not work. Restarting IE does NOT solve the problem,
but restarting the computer does.
2. When it works, it takes a long time (10+ seconds) to delete the history.

I'm having a very frustrating problem with IE and it just

window it closes the existing window and a new one opens.

When opening IE u will see the page load up then just
