Example: If I go to ebay and view a picture (jpeg format),
I am able to view the picture but the description is not
readable.  If I cut and past the description into Word,
it appears in English.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have a toolbar called "search the web."  It is
apparently created by lop.com.  It's annoying and it's
invasion.  I want to delete it from my system by I can't
find where it's been installed.  I have gone to

This program used to work fine. All of the sudden (I have
seen this message from others), I cannot seem to download
a file with IE6. I can download fine with other browsers.

In WinXP the connection is good (tested) but I can't browse (I'm getting DNS
error) or use the e-mail.

I am having huge problems with DataMiners and Malware.
Despite the obvious sending of info to third parties they
are causing IE6 to become very unstable. IE will launch
by itself, my home page keeps changing, pop-ups

Either a few seconds after I click on IE6 to start or in the middle of
browsing IE6 crashes.

Hi, I seem to be having a strange problem in IE6 with
images & various downloads. Whenever I try saving an
image, gif, jpeg,, etc. it keeps saving as bmp only. I

How do I find the program that keeps changing my homepage

Looks like my browser has some adware/spyware installed  becasue when I start IE the browser opens with a toolbar at the bottom that has links to other sites.

Content advisor has phantom entries in approved sites31 Jul 2004 21:24 GMT3
Im running windows 2003 and IE6.  In the content advisor,
under the approved sites tab, there are 2 entries that are
blank, just the little red dot with the checkmark, no
text.  The problem is, they seem to act as a wildcard,
