Upon opening ie6, it does the "i want search,etc." which takes me to EZ
Finder.  And to make matters worse, they misspell "worlds" as "wolrds".
That irritates me!  So far I have tried Adware Away, Ad-aware, and Spybot.
What do I gotta do?  Geez, all I want is to have Yahoo as my ...

My ie allways opens in a very small window & i have to
click the upper right hand side box to enlarge it.

"computer expert?" recently messed with my computer (sony running xp) now I
can only open one browser window, clicking on IE only refreshes window that
is already open.   Any suggestions

I have an app which is running a mix of ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript client side,
JScript client-side and ActiveX controls downloaded to the client (of
course). I am attempting to troubleshoot a truely weird problem at a client
site. A couple of things would help me a ton:

I can't seem to organise mt favourites into alphabetical

why is this called netscape.com - microsoft internet
explorer in the dialog box. Have the two browsers been
merged? I thought netscape was a different company and at
one time a part of aol.

When I open a PDF file, it opens in an IE window. When I
go to E-mail the page, it will let me mail it the first
time, but when I go to E-mail a second PDF, I get a
windows error message & IE shuts down & restarts. It

Interesting problem -  I'm using Win2k pro w/IE6.  All internet functions are
fine except cannot search the web with any search engine,i.e. Google, Yahoo,
MSN.  I can bring Google up, but when I put in any keyword, search starts -
2-3 seconds later - IE hangs up and I have to ...

My IE6 SP1 has stopped working in normal mode (Win XP) but works fine in
Safe mode.  I am running anti-virus software.
All that it does in standard mode is open up and goes to the Home Page. If I
then try to go to a web page it either does nothing or the hour glass comes

We have 4 pcs in the house. On 2 of them, when browsing certain sites, there
are some sections that don't display but just have the little red x. (right
clicking options don't help, mostly greyed out)
