One of the users in our company gets the following runtime error while trying
a open a folder in a document library.

I have a multiline select object in an html form.
When I resize the window so scroll bars show up, scrolling causes the select
box to stay in the same place while the rest of the page scrolls. If I hide
and reshow the window, it repaints itself correctly.

I have XP SP2 installed on my machine.
I couldn't view FTP sites from IE until I unchecked the "Use Passive
FTP" setting.  What is this and why do I have to change it from the
default?

When I try to open internet Explorer, the following error message displayed

I just ran Adaware on my computer.  It found several files and removed them.  
After finishing, Internet Explorer will open, but it will not open any web

when i right click & select open in new window, IE closes.  also when
clicking a link that usually opens in new window it closes.  VERY
FRUSTRATING!!!!!

I recently had to do a full system recovery. My ie no longer has the Zoom in
