Running Windows XP Home with SP2.  Long before any SP installs I couldn't

xp pro sp2 earthlink dialup connects great for about 5 -10 minutes then ie6
will not open pages, xp reports connection still sending -receiving so i have
to disconnect reconnect ,other computers connect fine on that phone line and
