I previously had IE display the "Menu" toolbar on top, the "Address" toolbar
below that, the toolbar with the "Icons" to the right of the "Address"
toolbar.  Below that, I had "Yahoo Companion" and below that, the "Google"
toolbar.

The reason being, is because the SEARCH panel is regularly opening up by itself.

I was trying to download a heavy file with "Save Target As" option. It works
fine but then after 55% downloaded, I got "Power Failure" and computer
shuts-off.
After reboot, i again started the download process but have to download from

Viewer.  After clicking cancel about a dozen times it will finally open the

If I try to enter a simple URL in the address field, like www.domain.com, IE
will hang. Entering http://www.domain.com works fine.
