I have this toolbar which always comes up when I open Internet explorer. My
spyware doctor is telling me to remove it but I can't find the source. How

My wife is running Windows XP with IE ^ and SP2 although part of the problem
start prior to SP2.
She was tryign to download a file which she used to do by clicking on the  
file like and a dialog would appear asking to eithe open or save the file.

I don't know how, but there's one inappropriate menu option when I use the
right click, it appears between "properties" and "refresh."  How can it make
