To MS Discussion group,        I have completely lost the "Menu Bar" (File
Edit View Go Favorites Tools Help)  on my 98 SE.

Is there any way to remove this item from under the Tools menu. I found the
registry key to do so with the pop-up blocker. Very unpractical in a public

After I installed Windows XP Service Pack 2, I can no
longer access our customer's FTP site.  It allows me to
log into the site, but not view the files to download.  I

My IE 6 has lost all its pull down menus, buttons and address bar at the top.
I can access the web with  CTRL-O but cannot navigate, etc.  I uninstalled  
IE and reinstalled but to no avail.  Any suggestions what to do.  I'm running

Somewhere I ended up getting a couple of toolbars
installed on my computer that I would like to remove.
I am using XP Home and IE 6.
The title of the to bars are "ISTBAR" and "Search"

All of a sudden my IE toolbar is missing. I can't enter a
URL, can't page forward or back, can't see any of the
commands like File, Options, etc. How can I restore this?

Somehow a "comet" toolbar appears on IE browser. Can turn
