I have a problem that every time I right click on a link and attempt to open
that link in a new window a window comes up but does not open it just hangs
there and goes no further, I have tried many solutions but the only one that

Suddenly, whenever I try to open up an additional IE window, the IE window
that's currently open closes, only allowing one open IE window at a time.  
The only recent change I can think of is a new spyware program I downloaded.  
I used it to eliminate a group of tracking cookies ...

I have a PC that i installed Win98SE on and then went on to install IE6.
This
PC is not on the internet and the only reason i need the IE6 was because i
have a HP Deskjet 3745 that needed a version of IE that was over version 5.

Had adware infestation some time ago which was cleared with Ad-aware SE Pro
and spybot  (and is kept clean) but IE6 always displays the above (+cannot
find server...etc) though the address line is OK. I cannot find any changed
settings unless it's a registry problem. Any ideas? ...

I have win2kpro and IE6 with latest updates. When I click to open IE, it
takes 25 seconds for the window to open. Does anyone know why this would be?

Multiple instances of IEXPLORE.EXE in Task Manager20 Oct 2004 18:05 GMT2
I have noticed recently on my XP machine that IEXPLORE.EXE will come up 20-30
times on my Processes list in the Task Manager. It used to only register once
at a time. This ahs to be slowing me down. Any ideas?
