Since the web interface changed, I can no longer submit any new posts or
replies.  It's probably a network/firewall issue and I can't think of a way
to overcome it.  The simplicity of the previous functionality allowed me to
post, but no longer.

XP Pro - IE6.0 has "Incredifind" broswer hijack.   After cleaning that up,
IE6.0 returned a DNS error.  DNS address is OK - all other settings are ok -
all other machines on this LAN are OK.   What next??!!   Thanx -  David

Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.equitymaster.com.

I'm running 4 machines on Win 2000 Pro SP4.  Two have IE 5.0, one has IE 5.5,
and one has IE 6.0.  I can not open any help files for any program on the
machine with IE 6.0.  I get error message "Can not open the file:
mk:@MSITStore:C:\winnt\help\*.chm" where the * is any help ...

I've run adawareSE and a registry cleaner and microsofts xp repairer.
Everytime I try to go to certain sites or download anything from them
I get a "this page cannot be displayed" - this also happens on the msn

I have windows xp professional and sbc dsl, and had some log on problems.  
After i reapired them using my windows installation disk, i couldnt open IE,
so I upgraded it through AOL. Now, when I click on IE, outside of aol,  it
opens up as provided by aol. I'm not sure how to fix ...

My laptop has WinXP Pro on it with Service Pack 2, though this problem
existed before I updated, and the problem is I open IE and go to a website
but when I click on a link to open another window, that window does not stay
open.  Even if I try to open a second IE it will not stay ...

My OS is windowsXP Pro and I am running IE 6. I also have adobe acrobat
professional 6 loaded in the PC. When I tried to open a pdf file from a

I am running XP Pro.  Updated to all SP and patches.  Recently I tried
to clear the forms and saved passwords in ie (Tools - Internet Options -
Content - Auto Complete).  Every time I click either the Clear Forms or
Clear Passwords button, IE locks up.  Anyone have a fix?

I am running two computers, one on winxp home and one on win98se that have a
linksys wireless g setup.  Before upgrading the 98se computer's linksys
driver I could connect to the wireless network fine with the two computers.

when i try to rightclick a picture on a webpage and save Picture it sometimes
saves in BMP format and sometimes in JPEG format.
even though the picture is in JPG format IE6 SAVE AS dialoge box only shows
BMP format save.

Whenever I ask to read mail I get sent to Outlook instead of Outlook Express.
Outlook is the only program appearing on the mail program list in Internet
Options Programs. How to get Outlook Express in to replace it?

I am not sure which patch installed to cause my problem, it started around 2
weeks ago.
     SP2 had already been running for a couple of weeks, it did not
immediately cause this condition.
Spybot S&D found: DSO Exploit..?17 Oct 2004 07:05 GMT3
I'm running WinXP HE SP1, NAV, and ZA.
And whenever I run Spybot, it always finds a DSO Exploit in the registry.
So, is this a really bad thing?? What do I do?
Also, when I click on it, it gives some info, including this website:
