Hi, I'm using Windows NT and I want to view FTP sites
with "folder view" but that option is not even available
in my Internet Options.  Is there anyone that can help me

The open dialog boxes in Office 2003 show 7 or 8 icons and the places to the
left of the dialog box can be tailored to show my own folders.  There seems

Whenever I start Windows Explorer and then Shut Down, the PC hangs - cursor
in upper left corner.  The Pc only hangs when Windows Explorer is started
from the Start/Programs/Accessories, not from My Computer.  Pc does re-start
