Recently, when beginning downloads, internet explorer just begins the download, into my temporary folder, i have no choice to Open or Save as i used to. Most files are unusable, in particularly zip files.

I have no Media button on my Standard Toolbar. It is not even an option under "customize". I am running XP with IE6 and completed all updates. Why don't I have a Media Button?
