Cannot close IE w/ Win 200009 Oct 2004 04:02 GMT3
When I try to close IE either from the X or from File on
the tool bar or right clicking on the quick launch
toolbar, IE is unresponsive. To close IE I need to use
task manager. Any help would be appreciated.

I just installed "critical" updates and I can't move the
IE window or resize it. Right clicking the window shows
both of these options in gray.  What gives?  There
