About a month ago Internet Explorer stopped working.  I got "Page cannot be
displayed" even if I was browsing to a local page.  I downloaded Enigma
Browser which works fine but is much slower than IE.  I found that if I

hi i am using internet explorer 6 sp2 and it wont save my user names or
passwords for hotmail, ebay and other websites
i have cookies enabled and i have tried the service.msc method but still

We are small company with 3 (XP-Pro Sp2) computers connected by a simple
network.  We are using NetGear FWG114P router and we're connected to the
Internet with a DSL Modem.
Recently, I've noticed that one of the computers is having a problem, while

Problem: go to a main website (ex. Target)--cannot go further/navigate the
site - I can't explore products, etc. Same happens for my University's
webpage - can get to the home page, but no further. Restarted numerous times

I spoke with Yahoo about this and they said it probably has something to do
with my settings in Internet Explorer.
When I sign into Yahoo mail, I check the box "Remember my ID on this
computer" so that my yahoo ID will be remembered by my computer when I try to

I noticed that if i put in an address, and enter, the browser automatically
inserts "http://www." in front of whatever I have entered in the address bar,
and if it is not already a ".com" site, will also add, ".com" at the end.  In

I don't think this can be solved, but just in case. . .i have a slow dial-up
connection. So how I surf is click on a lot of links, then read them one by
one in the order i clicked on them. Problem is IE wants to maximize each
window as it receives info.

One of our esteemed customers has a strange experience with IE 6.0 on XP with
SP2. On entering any URL, IE 6.0 exits.
Has anyone encountered similar problem? If not, what do we do to know why

I would like to know if there is any way to modify the behaviour of Internet
Explorer, so that if I right-click an HTM file in Windows Explorer, and
select "Print", the file is printed to the default printer instead of
opening a print dialog to ask for confirmation?
