I need to change following settings for IE: Proxy address and also put a couple of entries in the exceptions. I need to do this through the user’s login script and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to what registry keys hold this

After I open up the IE and go to a web page, the whole winxp is hung up. I have to restart the PC to make it run. But then the hardisk light is always on and everything runs very slow. Can I remove the IE and re-install to fix the problem? the version is either 6 or ...

When I right click to save a picture - no matter what form - tiff - jpg -giff my computer will only give me the option to save it as bmp. Tried changing program aassociated with the file types but doesn't seem to help. Can anyone give me some advice PLEASE!

Can anyone tell me why, when I have selected "empty temporary internet folders when browser is closed" the setting does not seem to hold? Once I reboot or shutdown the files will not delete upon closing Internet Explorer. Thanks for your help.

The problem is when we move one page to another page the Internet Explorer shuts off with an error message with an option Send this to Microsoft and Don't send to Microsoft. We used SPY SWEEPER to clean NO use. This problem happening in one of the laptop.
