Can someone tell me how to open up multiple IE Windows? While working in one window, a pop up may come up and run in that window. It is very frustrating. I have used popup blockers but it still happens. This is probably a setting I am missing.

When I click on a link, IE shuts down completely...no error message or anything. The only way I can get them to work is to hold down the control key when I click on the link. This is frustrating as he**. Can some body give me some helo?
