I am running XP Pro SP2 and suddenly I got the graphic bug when you want to
"save as" and get only "untitled" and the format is bmp and not jpg or any
other format.
I have tried the posted solutions and nothing worked. I know that you used

A customer of mine cannot run our content which requires a JVM or JRE.  He
has JRE, but a test that I run to assess JRE or JVE presence indicates no

I am running WinXP Pro SP2 and MSIE6 keeps crashing.
Basically I open IE6 and it displays my home page (a file saved on my HDD).
When I attempt to access any website (ie Interenet) IE crashes.
I have posted the msgs  I get below. It doesn't actually tell me what file

A few weeks ago I got hijacked by about:blank.  That problem is resolved.  
Since then I've had a problem download certain websites I've downloaded for

Yes, it appears to be that way. I have a .PNG file with transparent
background, when IE6 (from the SP2 version) shows the image as part of a web
page it shows a WHITE background rather than the image being transparent and
showing the real background.

Is there some way to get IE6 to resize images from HTML.
It seems that IE6 will auto resize when just the image is sent to the
browser but not when one uses HTML in the <img src=... format.

My IE6 on starting started defaulting on MySearch webpage overriding my
settings. I also fills in the whole screen covering the Start buttons and
other useful buttons

my ie loads very slow and never opens.  I use other explorers like mozilla
and i have no problems.  i checked all my ie options and they seem to be ok.  
what should i do?
