I have Windows XP SP2 along w/IE 6 SP2 ... and I'm about to call it all quits
over my ability to download more than 2files off the internet at a time.  
What I have discovered is that SP2 defaults to allow only 2 downloads running
concurrently.

When I push the IE button on the Quick Launch bar its window is opened with
the following text in its address bar
http://files/Internet%20Explorer/iexplore.exe
and "The page cannot be displayed" results.

When I try to run system restore I get a message that says it cannot run
until I restart the computer, I restart the computer and get the same thing.
