Our know-it-all teen did something that has caused IE6 to no longer have a URL bar for entering web addresses. Can't figure out how to get it back. Help?

IE6 SP2... If I untick McAfee Viruscan in the right click, Google disappears. If I untick Google, McAfee disappears.....what gives??!! I don't want McAfee on my toolbar but it shouldn't be acting this way.

When I used to exit IE or OE, it would display a dialog asking me whether I wanted to keep my dial-up connection or disconnect. It no longer displays this question, and so I have to remember to disconnect using the small icon in the taskbar tray. How do I get the dialog back?
