Dear Jan, since I got you involved to this ... mess, but also for anybody
else who has the same problem (ie, every 4-5 times you call IE in XP-Pro, it
opens blank white and needs be terminate), here's how I handled the problem

Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem. or have and possible
idea what to do to fix this.
What is happening is when the customer is signing in to his Hotmail account
in Internet Explorer it will freeze because it is also trying to tie / sign

When I close the browser window, it takes quite some time to really close it,
and sometimes it results in an error message.  I don't know what is causing

I am running XP Pro service pack 2 with all updates. when I try to go to

I have been experiencing problems on random pages were the internet explorer
window is regular size but the information inside only fills about the
center half of the screen leaving a large empty space on both sides of the
information. It's like the display page is set to small

When I do go to install it, the first thing that happens is that i get an
error telling me 'cannot make a directory entry' and it says that "setup
could not finish opening a file on your destination disk."

Here's a situation I've never run into.  Computer (practically brand new)
running XP Home, user has AOL as his ISP (I know, I know...)  Anyway, a
problem has developed with surfing the web.  Say he wants to go to Yahoo.com
