Does anyone know how to fix a blank page that loads after going to a certain
site (including after signing onto hotmail) and the message says that it's
"done".

I notice that iexplore.exe keeps loading under processes. Sometimes 2
instances are loaded. I suspect that there is a program lurking in my system
that does this as a window sometimes opens with gambling links. How do I
clear this? Have tried Ad-aware, Spybot S&D - the latter ...

Is there a way to set the text size permanently on my web browser, w/out
having to change it to my desired size EVERYTIME I open up my browser
window?
It is very frustrating.

Whenever I try to go online with internet explorer, I click the icon and
then the hour glass appears.  Then after a few seconds, the arrow comes back
up and the browser does not open up.  Sometimes I get an error, "A common
client has encountered an error and now need to close."

I'd like to get rid of the buttons that pop up on the bottom toolbar (I think
it's the taskbar?) at start-up.  I've tried the "customize" and "advanced"
option by right clicking on the taskbar but I can't get it to work properly.

not secure.  Secure websites fail to open or do not
accept known good passwords.

Today I tried repeatedly to check mail on hotmail, but I can an error saying
the site does not exist.  It suggests some alternatives which are exactly
the same as what I tried, but it gives errors for them also.

After installing sp2 on XP Pro, Images are getting downloaded in browser
every time even if they are existing in temp folder.
This happens only after installing the sp2 on XP and this makes the site
surfing experience very slow compare to earlier one.

I am using IE6 with Adsubtract Pro 3.06, and most times I cannot load IE6
without switching off Adsubtract. I do not have any problems with Firefox.
Security is McAfee Security Centre. Any ideas?
