I have experienced the following problem: after using Internet Explorer for
a long time. One day it starts not to save JPEG files, it only allows JPEG
files to save in BMP. I suppose the resaon of this problem is that same cache
for temporary-Internet-files fullfills.

I keep getting zero-length temporary internet files named [1], [2], [3],
etc. (yes, sequential numbers in brackets with no extension.) that do not

                       I am running windows 2003 standard server in
