Proxy setting ignored in IE6 on Server 200305 Nov 2004 22:01 GMT2

on which the proxy server setting is ignored for some
users and not others. I have checked that it is not a
security setting by ensuring a new user has the same
possible hacker site: air689.start.dedicated.com05 Nov 2004 21:46 GMT1
My IE6 browser keeps pulling up this site.  Usually I can stop it

Can this website be stopped?  http://air689.start.dedicated.com
It also tries to pull up other porn sites which I do not want.
