IE6 on Win2K Pro doesn't start. Whenever I click on it to start, I see the hour glass for few seconds and thats it. But Netscape is working fine. What could be wrong? I already tried reinstalling IE.

I've never had any 'bad' RAM so I don't know if the new RAM I added recently may be related to this problem but I recently added a new DIMM and now every couple days or so the computer will reboot when I click a link. Comments please...

Occasionally I receive junk mail with what appear to be Chinese characters in the subject. The same is true when I do some searches with IE6. Is there some language file I should have updated but missed somewhere? I don't know if this is an IE6 or WindowsXP issue.

I have faced a very strange problrm in my ie6 (WinXP). when I open an ie page and start searching an internet, I get the "The page can not be displayed" message. However, when I click the refresh button for several times, the page shows up!!

My niece used my notebook on her holiday and now I have her id popping up when I need to sign in to MSN. How do I delete her id ? I looked into MSN Messenger Folder under Program Files, but theres no file relating to identities so I dont know how to go about it.

after installing critical updates (which include 832894 and/or 831814 hotfix - neither of which i find in my add/remove list) I can no longer navigate beyond sign-in on my hotmail account or my shopping site. support at this address offered a solution which does not work
