I have been using Firefox now for several days just so I can see some
pages, and it has proved to be very stable.  I am not talking about
anything exotic or some low traffic sites.  This is happening at sites
such as cnnsi.com, espn, Drudge, Newsday, etc.

When I first open the browser, it is in an extrememly small size, once I hit
maximize button everything is fine.  How do I make sure the browser opens
maxamized fullscreen?

I mistakenly hit some combination of keys that have made each web page take
up the entire screen such that I've lost the pull-down menus, minimize icons
and web address options at the top of the page.  How can I reinstall the
normal default for standard display?

I currently have a large list of proxy exceptions that go beyond the 255
character limit of the "Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning
with:" field.
Is there a way to centrally manage this with some sort of script?
