replace DLL by date or version20 Dec 2004 22:08 GMT4
We updated a server running IE 5.5 to 6.0 SP1 but scrrun.dll did not get
updated. scrrun.dll had a version of 5.1.0.5010 and a modified date of
7-22-2002. We were hoping IE 6.0 would give us scrrun.dll version 5.6.0.6626.
Does the IE installer look at the version or the modified ...

I can't find it in the registry anywhere either. ...

Preventing some users on XP from accessing Internet Explorer20 Dec 2004 17:34 GMT1
I know that XP Home Edition has a feature that lets users have limited

lets him download and install games from the Internet, which it shouldn't be
happening. I was wondering if there was any way to not ...
