Everytime I run Adaware it comes up with something called Statblaster. It also says that there is no uninstaller. How do I get rid of it?

We updated a server running IE 5.5 to 6.0 SP1 but scrrun.dll did not get updated. scrrun.dll had a version of 5.1.0.5010 and a modified date of 7-22-2002. We were hoping IE 6.0 would give us scrrun.dll version 5.6.0.6626. Does the IE installer look at the version or the modified ...

When I go to the Control Panel & to my Internet Options to clear the History, & the Autocomplete, it will clear both. The only problem is that when I go back to the address bar, it remembers 1 URL. I can't seem to clear it out. I can't find it in the registry anywhere either. ...

I managed to remove Internet Optimizer but it still shows their web page instead of a standard timeout page when browsing the web. How do I get it back to the MS default web page for timeouts. Thanks

I have a winxp setup and for some reason I cannot access the internet using IE but I can ping sites using the ping command in a dos box. Whenever I open IE I get res:shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm Any ideas on how to fix this?
