hi. I'm wondering if this can be stopped. I browse with multiple windows open
and flit from one to another. My problem is if i click a link in window#1,
then maximise window #2 to say read an article, i'll be halfway through a
sentence when the first window automatically ...

When I launch IE6 - I get a cannot connect message - and in the address line
is http:///  (note there are THREE back slashes)

In the last few days many web sites I visit show the message "You are not
authorised to view this page". Also many of the illustrations are just little
boxes with a red cross in them. They do not open if I click on 'show picture'.

I am getting an error as Could not open file while trying to view an Excel
