In the last few days many web sites I visit show the message "You are not
authorised to view this page". Also many of the illustrations are just little
boxes with a red cross in them. They do not open if I click on 'show picture'.
What setting have I changed to cause this?

 Whenever I try to go to the web or even explore my computer, I get an
error on explorer.exe .
 I have win 98 and i have installed explorer 6.0, but I still get the error.

I have lost the "View Source" function in IE6.0. Thank you for all the
"fixes" ... from the MS website and from the 3rd party registry fixes!
Unfortunately, they didn't work.

A problem has suddenly appeared with deleting emails. They won't. This is
only happening in Outlook Express. I have to shut down and reboot.
Otherwise the delete is working in the rest of my system.

Trying to help a friend, I'm out of ideas.
get Web Page not available (any of them); can get there by typing in the
actual number, but then none of the images are retrieved (it slowly one by
one tries to get the images but doesn't). Tried re-installing Windows 98 (1st

I am having a serious problem with IE6.  For some reason, OE will not launch.
I get an error message stating that MSOE.DLL could not launch.  I have

Quite frequently whilst browsing the Internet my PC freezes and has to be
switched off at the wall in order to resume working. This is a new PC running
windows XP profressional. Please can someone suggest what may be the cause /
