I had dial up where everything was fine.
then i had dsl for a week with att. hated it because of this problem and the
fact that att  gives the worst customer service.  but now i switched to
comcast cable internet and still have the same problem.

I installed macromedia shockwave flash to view an animation on a website. It
killed my java plug-in, somehow. I play chess at yahoo and now when the
applet opens it just gives me a window full of symbols. I have tried all
