I get a blue searchbar at the bottom of desktop every time I open IE. I,ve run everytype of antivirus and adware program there is to try to get rid of this problem but have been unsuccessfull. when I open Taskmanager (proces), this thing is didplayed as ieexplore.exe.

Possibly due to popup blockers ive since deleted...whenever a new window tries to open explorer freezes up and the only way out is good ol crtl alt delete.
