I want to remove some IE Add-Ons manually but I can not figure out how to. The reason is I'm not seeing them in Add/Remove Programs. Anyway, can someone tell me how to remove these add-on's by hand? If I can't I will be foreced to reinstall XP Pro from scratch and well

I am running Win XP sp2 and I am trying to download from a site. Everytime I try to do this I get the error about having to click on a yellow bar that has the comments "the site might require the ActiveX control...Click here to install and then an x at the end of the line.
