hotmail is now putting all incoming messages in the trash can. It also deleted about 20 of the messages in my inbox. I was not out of room in my account. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Windows XP with SP2 IE starts then stops with no windows and no messages. If I log on as another user - new - IE will start. I've tried disabling all add ons yet IE still will not start.

when I sometimes start up my pc, explorer will load, then hundreds of explorer windows will start poping up, causing my pc to quit and I have to reboot, I get an error someething about shshock. dns error, hard to read it happens so fast.

Firefox seems to have taken control of some applications as the browser of choice. I removed Firefox using the "add/remove program" feature in the Control panel but it still appears as references throughout the XP registry. How do I get rid of it?
