Hello Frank, I managed to remove SP2 from windows xp pro, but for some reason it's stayed in IE6. Is there a way to remove it from IE via recovery console? Thanks-Dave

Whenever I try to open a Windows Explorer File (Commpresed Folder, My Computer) I get an error message that says "Windows Explorer has caused an error, and needs to close" It just started doing this last week. What should I do?

Every time I open IE, instead of going to my home page, IE takes me to Microsoft's update page. I do not have any updates that haven't been installed, and I use the automatic update feature. It doesn't matter how many different IE windows I open, they all go to the update page.

How can I reduce the width of a page to print it? It won't let me copy it to paste into Word. If I open it in FrontPage, it still won't let me reduce the width enough to copy the right-hand side. Here is the URL.

Usually when I add to my favorites, the link shortcut is saved with the default IE icon (Icon is a picture of a big "e"). One day, all the icons changed to something else. Whenever I add to my favorites now, the "e" is no longer the default icon used.

When I try to View Source nothing happens. Until recently View Source would display the source in Notepad. Now, when I click this function nothing happens -- nothing. Anybody know how to correct this?

I am running ie explorer ver6 sp2. My problem is that my toolbar won't stay arranged the way I want it. I have Address Bar, Standard Buttons, and Google arranged across two bars, but it keeps changing back to all of them on the same bar as the Menu

Every time I open IE something has changed my home page to blank:about and I get a pop-up telling me I have Spy-ware and to click to get a list of spy-ware blockers!! And it also is able to turn the IE pop-up blocker off also.
